Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiting & Account Manager, reporting to the Sr. Vice President, to join our growing team as we look to double revenues in 2026. In this fully remote role, you will work alongside our Business Development Director to establish and nurture client relationships, gain a deep understanding of client needs, and run a full-cycle recruiting desk to deliver outstanding candidates. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Business Development Director to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their staffing needs and priorities. Manage the full recruiting cycle: source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients. Maintain and actively manage a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings. Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) for candidate tracking, data management, and reporting. Provide regular updates and strategic insights to clients and internal team members. Proactively follow up and follow through to ensure a seamless hiring process and strong candidate experience. Negotiate offers, close deals, and support onboarding as needed. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen client relationships. Engage in proactive outreach — must be comfortable with cold outreach through job board platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn, etc. Confidently call candidates, schedule, and conduct virtual interviews to assess fit and maintain engagement throughout the hiring process. Be responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), including candidate outreach (phone calls, meetings, and follow-ups), candidate submissions, and offers extended, all contributing directly to the company’s top‑line revenue growth. Qualifications Proven experience in client relationship management and full‑cycle recruiting (preferably within healthcare staffing, but not required). Comfortable using an ATS for candidate tracking and data management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and credibility with clients and candidates alike. Strong “match‑making” mindset with the ability to understand client and candidate needs and align them effectively. Big‑picture thinking combined with a keen attention to detail and follow‑through. Driven, self‑motivated, and hungry to close deals and exceed goals. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain momentum in a fast‑paced, remote work environment.
