Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Manage the general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries. Oversee and coordinate the external audit process. Establish, implement, and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies. Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions (leases, capital projects, etc.). Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members. Partner cross‑functionally with Finance Operations and Business Finance to ensure alignment. Qualifications – Needed Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA designation required. Experience: 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within agriculture, manufacturing, or related industries. Strong technical accounting knowledge of GAAP/IFRS. Proven experience managing and developing accounting teams. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
