What You’ll Do
As the
Service Manager , you will oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and team performance. You’ll manage technicians, maintain service records, and help our customers get back on the road with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service technicians and support staff.
Oversee all vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work to ensure safety and quality standards.
Maintain an efficient workflow to meet service deadlines and customer expectations.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, estimates, and completion times.
Manage parts inventory, warranty claims, and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and state/federal regulations.
Drive department profitability through labor and parts management while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction scores.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in automotive service management or equivalent leadership role.
Strong mechanical background and understanding of vehicle systems.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a service team.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Required experience:
Service Advisor, Dealership, Automotive Knowledge: 1 year
Valid Driver's license
