Program Manager (PEO Staff-DAG)
We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Program Manager (PEO Staff-DAG) to work out of Los Angeles AFB, CA. *Contingent upon award of contract* Pay: $100,000 - $160,000 Essential Duties: As a key member of a USfalcon team supporting a United States Space Force (USSF) Space Systems Command (SSC) Acquisition Support Services Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) task order (TO) you will: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the execution of routine business operations for the Milcomm and PNT Directorate. The Contractor shall support the Business Manager by extracting program specific information, assessments, analysis, and reviews enabling program and technical acquisition artifacts to be integrated at the enterprise level. Use the combined program integrated master schedule to facilitate the management of cost, schedule, and technical performance of the Directorate's portfolio. Provide detailed analysis, quantifiable supporting documentation, and thorough justification for all research, reviews, and assessments performed and include corrective action plans and recommendations to the Government. Provide the Government reports and briefs on how to implement policies, conduct independent program assessments, and conduct risk assessments for the portfolio. Serve as the primary focal point for interface and coordination with Mission Services (SYD 88/S and SYD 831) and provide technical guidance and consultation assistance to managers and employees regarding all areas of the Human Resource, Personnel, and Administrative processes. Manage the supported leadership calendar of events to include business meetings, office business rhythm, organizational Chief calendar management, and the synchronization of supported activities via Microsoft Office Suite. Serve as a Team Lead to provide daily supervision and quality control of a 14 to 17-person team of Acquisition Specialists and Administrative Professionals. Represent USfalcon and be responsible for the performance of the team's work throughout the term of the contract. Ensure that your USfalcon team members operate cooperatively in an environment where responsibility for successful completion of activities described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are shared between the Government, Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), other support contractors, and systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA) contractors; and do not give technical directions to, or receive technical directions from, any of these groups. Required Qualifications: Contractor experience effectively managing teams performing similar Organizational Support Services (OSS) tasks, preferably providing direct support to a PEO front office. 10+ years of experience performing similar Organizational Support Services (OSS) tasks, preferably providing direct support to a PEO front office. Experience providing efficient and effective customer service; maintaining project support and continuity; and providing quality and timely service and products. Experience and proficiency working in an environment where responsibility for successful completion of activities described in the PWS is shared between the Government, FFRDC, other SETA Contractors, SE&I Contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Experience executing tasks through an Integrated Project Team (IPT) within the supported program. Experience recommending approved and implemented efficiencies and process improvements that have streamlined and improved standards, plans, and processes for the Government and for contractor/contract operations.
