Oracle Fusion Report Developer
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Oracle Fusion Report Developer to design and deliver high-impact reports that empower data-driven decisions across the organization. This role focuses on building and optimizing reports within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, ensuring stakeholders have the insights they need to drive performance and strategy. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Smart View Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to gather reporting requirements Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for finance, HR, and operations teams Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes as needed Document report logic, data sources, and user guides for internal stakeholders Stay current with Oracle Fusion reporting capabilities and updates Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion reporting development Proficiency in BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, and Oracle Cloud Reporting Tools Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM modules Experience with data modeling, report performance tuning, and security configurations Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) Familiarity with Power BI, Excel integrations, or Microsoft Fabric Prior experience in public sector or enterprise environments Why This Role?
