The Role
As a
Business Development Representative
(BDR) in the
Facilities & Operations Tech space , you will play a critical role in driving
new business opportunities
by identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential customers. This role is designed for individuals eager to break into tech sales, with a strong focus on
outbound prospecting ,
cold outreach , and building a career path toward Account Executive and beyond.
You will be responsible for :
Making outbound calls, sending personalized emails, and using LinkedIn to connect with prospective customers.
Qualifying leads and scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives.
Researching target companies and identifying the right stakeholders.
Keeping CRM records organized and managing active pipeline.
Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1–2 years of sales, customer-facing, or startup experience, ideally within Facilities management firms.
You are excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong phone presence.
You are comfortable with cold outreach and motivated to exceed targets.
You are highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
You are coachable, positive, and eager to grow into a tech sales career.
You bring prior exposure to Commercial Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Brokers (a strong plus)
