California-licensed Attorney
to join our expanding legal team. This is a
full-time remote opportunity , though candidates are required to be located in California—ideally near the Los Angeles area, strongly preferred.

If you’re a skilled litigator with sharp research and writing abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service, we want to hear from you. Our firm values collaboration, initiative, and excellence in advocacy. Compensation:
$160,000 - $220,000 yearly Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel to clients by evaluating their options and developing effective case strategies to achieve favorable results. Handle a
caseload of first-party property insurance claims
from start to finish—conducting assessments, drafting pleadings and motions, and guiding cases through litigation and resolution. Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare briefs, discovery requests, and other key legal documents. Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials—arguing motions and presenting evidence confidently. Communicate frequently with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and offering sound legal advice. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties to secure the best possible outcomes. Collaborate with partners, paralegals, and support staff while also taking initiative to manage your own files independently. Mentor and oversee administrative staff or law clerks as needed. Qualifications:
Active license to practice law in California
(required). Candidate must be located in California , ideally near the Los Angeles area. 2+ years of experience
handling
First-Party Property Insurance
matters in California (strongly preferred). 2+ years of litigation experience
required. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills. Confident public speaking ability and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency with
Westlaw or LexisNexis
for legal research. Competency in
Microsoft Office
and/or
Google Workspace . Capable of managing multiple cases while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
