Job Overview Kelly Office Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Person to join our expanding team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for developing new business, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. The Sales Hunter will be responsible for prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and driving revenue growth across multiple business lines, including office technology, copiers/printers, managed IT services, and document solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and engage potential clients through in-person and phone cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital outreach.
Develop & Close New Business: Build relationships with key decision-makers, present tailored solutions, and close high-value deals.
Meet & Exceed Sales Targets: Drive new revenue growth by executing a strategic sales plan with clear goals and performance metrics.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention.
Utilize CRM and Sales Tools: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications & Requirements
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills, with excellent relationship-building abilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Tech‑savvy and adaptable, with experience using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and meetings.
