Adecco is hiring immediately for a QA Associate position with a local client in Durham, NC! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! Contract Type: Temporary

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM – 7:15 PM

Responsibilities

Conduct talent assessments to identify skill gaps within the QA team.

Facilitate training sessions using coaching, workshops, job shadowing, and mentoring.

Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure employees are properly trained.

Perform regular audits to assess employee progress and document performance gaps.

Support onboarding of temporary QA staff.

Collaborate with team members to improve training practices.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of Quality Assurance experience.

Basic math skills.

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently.

Ability to stand for long periods during the shift.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, email, intranet, and MIS systems.
