WHO YOULL WORK WITH This role reports to the Retail Brand/Experience Senior Manager in Korea and partners closely with cross-functional teams including visual merchandising, styling, business, merchandising, and brand/digital marketing. Youll also collaborate with Nikes Global office and manage external vendors and agencies for store design, construction, and events. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Senior, NSW (Nike Sportswear)/Sport Retail Brand/Experience Korea, a creative, consumer-obsessed retail brand marketing expert who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You bring a sharp understanding of in-store shopping behaviors and a passion for crafting compelling product stories that drive demand and elevate the consumer experience. Youre fluent in both English and Korean, and you know how to navigate a cross-functional matrix with confidence and clarity. Youre energized by the challenge of building holistic retail strategies that connect with consumers and deliver impact in the marketplace. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 67+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in brand and campaign execution Mandatory experience in retail marketing Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Korean WHAT YOULL WORK ON Youll lead the charge in shaping Nikes retail brand presence in Korea. From seasonal store plans to immersive consumer journeys, youll bring Nikes product stories to life across our direct retail channels. Youll collaborate across teams and with external partners to deliver experiences that inspire and connect. Partner with Global and Geo retail marketing teams to define and adapt seasonal strategies for product presentation, communication, and consumer experience Plan and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives for Nike stores, including design, storytelling, and consumer engagement Launch brand campaigns tailored to retail environments and optimize consumer journeys Manage external vendors and identify best-fit local agencies for execution Lead and support operational tasks including execution maintenance and budget oversight Build strong cross-functional relationships to deliver impactful brand experiences
