Overview

The Advisory Concierge Specialist ensures the daily continuity of advisory sales by providing subject matter expertise to financial advisors on Ceteras advisory offerings, systems, products, and processes. This includes call-in support, issue troubleshooting, and white glove transition support for financial advisors and their clients. Responsibilities

Provide in-call education and troubleshooting support to financial advisors and Regional Growth Teams. Respond to inbound advisory-specific inquiries and resolve or escalate as needed. Identify sales opportunities and refer to Advisory Consultants and Regional Growth Teams. Support financial advisors through key advisory business transitions requiring significant client action. Create and present proposals illustrating advisory business practice transitions. Assist advisors with execution challenges (e.g., building My Advice Architect reports, completing client paperwork). Manage operational tasks from preparation to completion on behalf of advisors and clients. Collaborate with transitions and conversion support teams to deliver operational assistance. Qualifications

Bachelors Degree required. Minimum of 3 years in operational or sales support in the financial industry, preferably in RIA, Broker-Dealer, Wealth Management space. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven attention to detail and excellent customer service. FINRA Series 7 required. Must obtain FINRA Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) within 90 days of starting the role. Compensation

The base annual salary range for this role is $75,000 and a generous incentive compensation package. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations. About Cetera
