Representative Front Desk (Part-time)
General Description The front desk representative is responsible for greeting and providing information to clients, visitors and other guests of ACVB.

Responsibilities
Greet clients, visitors and guests; determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location.
Answer and route calls to the appropriate individuals and departments in a professional and timely manner.
Direct vendors, deliveries, mail, documents, packages and courier to the mailroom.
Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
Fulfillment for clients, including printing and assembling visitors’ promotional materials (mailing brochure packages).
Maintain current knowledge of member hotels, venues, and attractions to answer inquiries.
Professional appearance.
Qualifications Knowledge & Skills
Basic technology-based skillset to include knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)

Education & Work Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required

Additional Information
Work Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Ability to work multiple days of the work week)
Prompt arrival and departure times
Open and close the front office
Work Environment: Standard, temperature-controlled office environment with moderate office noise level
Work Location: This is a part-time on-site position located in downtown Atlanta
Physical Requirements: Light lifting up to 15 lbs.
