Electrical Assembler
Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking Assemblers to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production lines. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Location and Shift
Location: Windsor Mill, MD Shift: 6:00am-3:15pm Pay Range
$18.00 to $20.00 per hour (based on experience) What's the Job?
Assemble and integrate mechanical and electronic components and instruments. Read and follow diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions. Perform hand soldering, wiring, and cable harnessing. Trouble and repair assemblies Collaborate with engineering, quality, and planning teams. Hand and power tools (e.g., torque drivers, gauges, jigs, saws) PCS and Windows software for documentation and reporting Measurement tools for quality checks. Drawing and blueprints for assembly guidelines. What's Needed?
Strong attention to details 2 Years of assembly experience OR an AA technical degree with 1 year of assembly experience REQUIRED MUST have basic understanding of assembly of wire harnesses, RF cables, ruggedized control boxes. soldering, crimpling, splicing and cable routing Performing continuity checks and basic functional testing Familiarity with MIL-SPEC standards and quality documentation. High school degree or GED required Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop other associates. Basic proficiency with PCs and the ability to work in a repetitive environment.
