This role executes the Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order (PR to PO) process and manages order fulfillment. Employees will lead Requests for Proposal (RFPs), negotiate terms, and execute purchase documents. Regular interactions with suppliers and engagement with business unit stakeholders are essential. The position also supports team initiatives and assists in data collection for stakeholders. Job Duties & Responsibilities Execute PR to PO processes and manage order fulfillment. Lead execution of RFPs and negotiations. Interact with suppliers and handle routine supplier questions. Collaborate with business unit stakeholders on needs and specifications. Address common supply chain issues and discrepancies. Analyze supplier performance on smaller scale purchases. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Grad / GED. Bachelors or Equivalent Experience. Experience: 2+ years in procurement or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree.
