Salary Range: $78,000 $80,000 Paid Time Off: 10 paid holidays, and a generous PTO policy Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Medical, Non-Stop Benefits Card (we pay for most medical services and copays!) The Behavioral Health Clinical Quality Specialist plays a key role in ensuring compliance with Department of Mental Health (DMH) standards and enhancing the quality of behavioral health services across the agency. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this position leads internal monitoring efforts, supports accreditation and audit readiness, provides training and technical assistance, and manages program data to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to fostering a culture of service excellence. Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the agencys subject matter expert on Department of Mental Health (DMH) and behavioral health compliance; maintain records and deliver staff training on updated policies and procedures. Conduct monthly clinical case record reviews, complete reports, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare for audits, certifications, and inspections. Identify training needs and develop, implement, and facilitate compliance and clinical quality trainings in partnership with the Learning & Development Specialist. Promote a culture of service excellence by supporting accreditation efforts, maintaining program standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Manage behavioral health data systems, analyze trends, develop outcome dashboards, and prepare performance reports to guide continuous quality improvement. Qualifications
