Role Overview IT Project Management

In this mid-level IT Project Manager role, you will drive the successful delivery of digital, cloud, and software projects across multiple industries. Working with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to stakeholder expectations. You will play a pivotal part in translating client goals into practical project plans, managing risks, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery, Team Leadership, and Stakeholder Management

Plan, execute, and monitor IT, cloud, and software projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives. Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with business analysts, software engineers, and subject matter experts to define and refine project scope, deliverables, and milestones. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve successful outcomes. Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to optimize project efficiency and delivery. Prepare and present regular project status updates, documentation, and reports to stakeholders and leadership. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews to drive progress and address challenges. Promote an inclusive project environment that values collaboration, equitable participation, and continuous improvement. Essential Skills and Experience IT Project Management, Communication, and Leadership

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing IT, cloud, or software projects, ideally within a consultancy or digital solutions environment. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Familiarity with project management tools (such as Jira, Trello, MS Project) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Desirable Skills Agile, Cloud Projects, Software Delivery, Certifications

Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum or Kanban) and experience leading Agile project teams. Experience in cloud migration, enterprise software delivery, or digital transformation projects. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent are beneficial but not required. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), DevOps, or automation practices. Interest in emerging technologies, including cloud-native solutions or AI-driven transformation.
