Hotel Night Auditor
or Overnight Front Office Agent to provide exceptional guest service from check?in to check?out and maintain smooth hotel operations during overnight shifts. Responsibilities
Assist guests with efficient check?in/check?out and smooth onboarding. Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests. Process payment transactions, including room charges, deposits, and refunds, with accuracy. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest needs promptly. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation. Resolve guest concerns or complaints effectively, escalating when necessary. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and interactions in the PMS. Upsell rooms and promote hotel amenities, dining options, and event spaces. Follow safety and security protocols to safeguard guests, staff, and property.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer?facing roles such as hospitality, retail, or food service. Familiarity with computers and reservation or property management systems (PMS). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience handling guest complaints and resolving conflicts calmly. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (answering phones, handling reservations, assisting guests). High school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
