Summary

We are looking to add a Supply Chain Analyst to our team. The Supply Chain Analyst will assist the Supply Chain Team in ensuring the companys supply meets customers' demand. Duties include overseeing the company's supply chain, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the company's budget. The supply chain analyst will enhance a companys supply chain by utilizing data to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose targeted solutions. The position requires excellent attention to detail, in-depth understanding of the delivery process, and exceptional analytics skills. The position will utilize interpersonal and problem-solving skills to gather information from various departments and recommend ways to improve the supply chain. Job Duties Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor supply chain efficiency, supplier on-time delivery, cost, and quality metrics. Perform root cause analysis on performance gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve supply chain outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding souring, purchasing, production planning, logistics, and engineeringto ensure alignment of supply chain objectives. Support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and material availability analysis to minimize shortages and excess inventory. Monitor supplier scorecards and lead supplier performance reviews in coordination with sourcing and quality teams. Conduct data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in cost reduction, lead time optimization, and overall supply chain reliability. Prepare regular performance reports for executive leadership, highlighting operational insights and improvement plans. Drive process improvement initiatives through automation, data visualization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related field (Masters highly preferred) At least 2 years in relevant field is preferred in supply chain analysis, performance management, or operations planning within manufacturing or high-tech industries Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP/SAP S4HANA, or similar) and SQL preferred. Knowledge of supply chain concepts including inventory control, and supplier management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset. CPIM, CSCP, CTSC, CSCM is a plus Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
