This organization is a digital asset trading and financial infrastructure firm serving institutions across the crypto ecosystem. They provide market making, structured liquidity, and treasury solutions to foundations, protocols, founders, investment advisers, and funds. The team brings deep expertise in trading, compliance, and risk management and is scaling quickly. Role Overview

They are hiring a

Business Development Lead

to drive client growth across two core business lines:

Treasury Solutions

and

Market Making . This is a senior role focused on originating and closing relationships with protocol teams, foundations, early?stage Web3 projects, and institutional trading counterparties. You will work closely with the executive and trading leadership to prioritize BD opportunities, structure commercial terms, and own the full client lifecycle from pitch to onboarding to expansion. What Youll Do

This firm is selective in the partnerships they pursue, focusing on counterparties where their market insight, risk framework, and trading edge create meaningful value. They build their own trading platform and do not outsource. They believe clients should own their trading data to better understand token behavior, usage, and tokenomics and believe crypto cannot mature as an asset class without transparency in market making. Responsibilities include: Bring in and close high?value opportunities across protocol foundations, key founders, token projects, and institutional counterparties Lead outbound efforts for treasury partnerships, token diversification, and structured yield Drive market?making initiatives by supporting token launches, deepening order book liquidity, and coordinating with exchange partners across CEXs Own client conversations from first engagement through close; structure and negotiate commercial terms with input from trading, legal, and risk Help shape go?to?market strategy by identifying where products align with evolving market needs Track industry trends to inform pricing, positioning, and timing of new offerings Partner with trading and operations to ensure client coverage is aligned and consistently delivered Represent the firm with clarity and credibility in both 1:1 meetings and industry events Maintain a disciplined pipeline with clean CRM records, internal visibility, and post?close relationship ownership Contribute to a culture of trust, accountability, professionalism, and mutual respect

What Were Looking For

5+ years of experience in business development, trading sales, or strategic partnerships within digital assets, commodities, or traditional finance Proven ability to close seven?figure institutional deals and manage complex stakeholder relationships Deep understanding of token structures, liquidity dynamics, and the treasury needs of crypto?native organizations Strong working knowledge of market making, CEX and DEX liquidity provision, and trading infrastructure Excellent communication and relationship?building skills
