Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-driven and highly organized professional with strong SAP Materials Management expertise and hands-on experience in scheduling rework or refurbishment of used products. This dual-role position manages the creation and maintenance of accurate material master data while coordinating production scheduling for rework operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that both master data integrity and rework scheduling processes support efficient material flow, compliance, and production efficiency. SAP Materials Management Material Master: Create, maintain, and govern material master records in SAP (MM module) across relevant views (Basic Data, MRP, Purchasing, Work Scheduling, etc.). Ensure correct setup of master data for both new and used/rework materials, including BOMs, routings, MRP settings, and valuation classes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, planning, finance, and procurement) to gather inputs and validate data. Ensure rework-specific materials are set up with appropriate MRP types, special procurement keys, and batch management (if applicable). Perform regular audits and cleansing of master data to ensure system integrity and compliance with internal policies.
Used Product Rework Production Scheduling: Plan and schedule rework operations for used or returned products, ensuring optimal use of capacity and resources. Convert rework demand (from service returns, inspections, or warranty claims) into executable production orders in SAP PP. Collaborate with service, quality, and operations teams to assess rework feasibility and prioritize work orders based on material condition, urgency, and resource availability. Monitor rework production progress, update schedules, and troubleshoot delays or constraints. Optimize routing and BOM usage for rework processes, working closely with engineering and shop floor personnel to reflect actual operations in SAP.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field. 35 years of experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) with a focus on material master data. Experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) or related production scheduling systems, specifically in used product or rework/remanufacturing environments. Strong understanding of MRP, BOMs, routings, and SAP master data dependencies. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset. Proficiency in SAP MM/PP and Microsoft Excel. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across departments.
Preferred Skills
Experience in remanufacturing, refurbishment, or rework production environments. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. Familiarity with batch management and quality inspections for reworked items. APICS/CPIM certification or similar is a plus. Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement background.

The estimated starting salary range is $59,795 - $122,400. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles may be eligible for short-term incentive or other discretionary bonuses. More senior roles maybe eligible for long-term incentive bonuses.
