WHO YOULL WORK WITH This role reports to the Senior Director, Merchandising Korea and partners closely with fellow merchants across Korea and APLA (Asia Pacific Latin America) and cross-functional teams. Youll collaborate with Korea/APLA Merchandising, SMD, Marketplace, Planning, and Brand Marketing teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Were looking for a consumerist understanding the Nike Consumer and marketplace landscapes with solid retail acumen, analytical skills, and understanding of retail and digital environment. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, bringing energy, agility, and a solution-oriented mindset to every challenge. Bachelors degree in merchandising or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training 4+ years of experience in merchandising or relevant retail roles Proficient in retail and digital metrics: sell-through, margin, pricing, inventory Fluent in Korean and English, with strong communication and influencing skills Proven ability to translate consumer, sales, trend, and marketplace insights into seasonal and long-term product and assortment strategies

WHAT YOULL WORK ON Youll build consumer-led assortment plans that reflect the full marketplace, blending data-driven insights with intuitive inputs. Youll lead seasonal assortment planning to drive business growth and serve our consumers. Partner with Sport and Marketplace Merchants to build seasonal assortments Manage multi-season planning and ensure consistency across assortments Gather and apply consumer and marketplace insights Collaborate with the Nike Kids squad and APLA Merchandising to align seasonal priorities Prepare seasonal tools and support marketplace partners Translate insights into strategic action plans Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture
