This position, based at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO, plays a vital role in supporting the U.S. President, Secretary of Defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels. Relocation assistance is not available for this position, and this role is on-site with no remote options. Position Overview
The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program is a crucial part of the Missile Defense System. It is an essential operational system that enables the U.S. president, the secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and tactical levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations, monitor battle progress, and actively control designated networked sensors and weapon systems to achieve global and regional mission goals. C2BMC offers a layered missile defense capability that provides an optimized response to threats across all ranges and flight stages. It functions as a force multiplier by networking, integrating, and synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations both worldwide and locally to enhance overall performance. Additionally, C2BMC is a vital component of all ground and flight tests, verifying and demonstrating the current and future capabilities of the missile defense system. Essential Functions
Analyze real-world data about Missile Defense and Space Domain Awareness As part of an Agile Scrum team, develop and complete features and stories mapped to program objectives Duties will include one or more of the following:
Collect and interpret real-world data Develop new algorithms to utilize the data effectively Actively update current algorithms based on new data
Must have an analysis background across various disciplines that support filtering data for predicting future ballistic missile threats Basic Qualifications

A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred, along with 8 years of experience; or a Masters degree in a related field with 6 years of relevant work experience; or 12 years of relevant experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
