Mechanical Assembler

The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of heavy equipment components. This role involves using blueprints to assemble engine and body components with the aid of hand tools. Responsibilities

Perform mechanical assembly of heavy equipment components. Utilize blueprints to assemble engine and body components. Use hand tools and power tools efficiently. Ensure accurate assembly following blueprint or tape measure instructions. Maintain attention to detail and demonstrate a willingness to train and learn. Essential Skills

Experience with hand tools and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tape measure instructions. Mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with 1/2 inch impact, 3/4 impact, 9mm wrench, 3/8 impact, 1 inch impact. Experience with hydraulic hose assembly, 19mm extensions, and 19mm sockets. Experience in heavy machinery, vehicle maintenance, automotive service, and repair. Knowledge of assembly line, schematic, construction, repair, diesel, preventive maintenance, pneumatics, electrical, diesel engine, and construction equipment. Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
