Granite Hills Hospital is a 120-bed behavioral health facility located in West Allis, WI. We are dedicated to offering high‑quality, patient‑centered behavioral healthcare for the greater Milwaukee community. Our new facility features evidence‑based treatment for adolescents, adults, and older adults.

Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies.
Responsible for creating demand for the facility’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods.
Represent a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community.
Implement the facility’s strategic sales plan.
Enhance the facility’s brand/image.
Effectively manage assigned territory and accounts.
Work to achieve departmental and facility business‑development goals.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration, or related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in health‑care business development/marketing environment with measurable business‑development results; knowledge of psychiatric and chemical‑dependency treatment principles preferred. Market includes Dane, Rock, Green, Jefferson, and Walworth Counties. Existing medical and behavioral health contacts in these areas is a plus.
Licensure: Must have a valid driver’s license.
