The Pricing Analyst Sr will play a pivotal role in driving pricing strategies and ensuring competitive positioning when supporting sales and marketing efforts with prospective as well as existing clients. Responsibilities: Analyze market trends, competitor data, and customer insights to develop effective pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share. Utilize advanced analytics tools to evaluate current pricing model, assess performance metrics, and identify opportunities for revenue optimization. Analyzes portfolios to determine potential risks and propose risk-based pricing as applicable Responsible for continued automation and development of a more robust and defensible pricing model Makes pricing recommendations to for all new prospects Manages pricing of all renewal contracts as expiration date approaches and makes appropriate recommendations to leadership Interacts with Operations and Technology stakeholders, including leadership, to ensure solutions meet Cenlar and/or Client needs Works with FP&A to develop timely data for back testing client pricing and Accounting to verify billing is accurate Consults with stakeholders on Statement of Work Prepares reporting packages for management Querying databases to obtain necessary data for subservicing pricing analyses Maintains and updates model inputs, assumptions, and documentation in accordance with the company's model governance policies Facilitates resolution of strategic and complex Cenlar and/or Client issues and independently coordinates across Cenlar operational units, leading other team members as needed Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar's reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. Responsible for strict adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements Ad hoc analysis and support for other projects as required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or mathematics required 4+ years of experience required; equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate Knowledge of business and financial terms and principles, experience in financial services/mortgage servicing is an advantage Advanced mathematical and analytic skills preferred Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (i.e, creation of pivot tables, use of formulas and database skills) Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau/Power BI) and methods. Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis is a plus. Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively present information to leadership Detailed oriented and self-motivated Ability to work with minimal supervision or within a team environment Familiarity with reading contracts Strong problem solving resolution skills Capacity to learn and adapt to technology quickly Demonstrated ability to lead projects across a wide range of stakeholders, and create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, and decision makers. Ability to work with Senior Management to meet deadlines with attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and market dynamics. $64,066.00 - $99,943.00 Annually The actual compensation offered will depend on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This range represents the reasonable minimum and maximum salary the company expects to pay for this position.
