We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team. You will work closely with the Accounting Manager and our accounting team to build a world‑class finance function at Belvedere. What You’ll Do Full ownership of Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, vendor management, purchase order management and AP inbox management. Lead month‑end close responsibilities for one of our primary corporate entities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Manage and reconcile prepaids, ensuring proper amortization, expense allocations and documentation. Maintain fixed asset records, including capitalization and depreciation schedules. Administer corporate credit card program—monthly journal entry, user support, administrative responsibilities and reconciliation. Perform monthly invoice accruals, for all Belvedere entities. Assist with various journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Serve as liaison between Accounting and FP&A to improve reporting, resolve inquiries, and align financial record‑keeping to FP&A budgeting. Cross‑train to support other accounting functions, including brokerage and trading PnL. Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and documentation. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1–2+ years of experience in public accounting or accounting functions within the trading or financial services industry. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles. Proficiency in Excel. Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred. Experience with complex multi‑entity structures. Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Acumatica preferred, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
