Base Pay Range $110,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Responsibilities: Own month-end-close process. Own the audit process. Supervise a staff of 4 accounting team members. Financial Statement preparation. Continuously support process improvement initiatives. Ad hoc projects as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors in Accounting or Finance. Experience managing accounting team members. Experience in both real estate and non-profit industries. Experience owning the audit function. Yardi experience is a nice to have.
