Position Summary
The Guest Services Manager serves as the central liaison for all high-touch guest experiences, overseeing VIP relations, sponsorship activations, and strategic partnerships to ensure a refined, personalized, and memorable experience that reflects the spirit and excellence of José Andrés Group. This role bridges hospitality and brand representation-curating every detail from booking to departure, while cultivating relationships that elevate both guest loyalty and the restaurant's reputation within Las Vegas' luxury dining and nightlife scene.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & VIP Relations Lead all aspects of VIP guest management-from reservation coordination to on-site hosting-ensuring each interaction is handled with discretion, warmth, and sophistication. Anticipate guest needs and personalize experiences based on preferences, history, and special occasions. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clientele, talent, and partners, ensuring seamless communication and white-glove service throughout the experience. Resolve issues and special requests promptly and professionally, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Maintain an elevated and polished floor presence to set the tone for exceptional service and ambiance. All other duties as per business need Partnerships, Sponsorships & Brand Collaboration
Ensure brand partners and collaborators receive exceptional on-site experiences aligned with contractual commitments. Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to support influencer visits, media events, and cross-promotional initiatives. Coordinate with corporate partnerships to host special guests, hospitality groups, and VIP events tied to strategic brand alliances. Track and report on partnership activations, ensuring visibility and ROI for brand stakeholders. Build and nurture long-term relationships with industry partners, hotel concierges, and local hospitality leaders to drive high-value traffic and visibility. Team Leadership & Training
Supervise, train, and inspire front-of-house staff to deliver elevated, personalized service for every guest, with particular emphasis on VIP etiquette and discretion. Conduct pre-shift briefings to review daily VIP lists, partnership activations, and special events. Foster a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and excellence through ongoing coaching and recognition. Partner with leadership to ensure staffing aligns with guest flow, events, and business demands while maintaining labor efficiency. Operational Excellence
Oversee reservations, table assignments, and floor management in collaboration with hosts and management to optimize guest experience and operational flow. Ensure adherence to José Andrés Group standards, brand guidelines, and Nevada's hospitality and liquor laws. Partner closely with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure communication and timing are seamless across all departments. Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, high-value clientele, and post-visit feedback to continuously refine service delivery. Events & Special Experiences
Lead coordination of private dining experiences, large party bookings, and exclusive events, ensuring flawless execution and brand alignment. Work cross-functionally with marketing and PR to support special programming, celebrity appearances, and partnership events. Oversee guest communications, logistics, and on-site execution for hosted experiences and sponsor activations. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or nightlife guest relations (Maître d', VIP Manager, or Guest Experience Manager preferred). Proven track record managing VIPs, high-profile clientele, and brand or sponsorship activations. Highly polished interpersonal and communication skills with exceptional emotional intelligence. Expert in service recovery and problem-solving with discretion and grace under pressure. Strong leadership, training, and motivational abilities with a collaborative mindset. Deep understanding of hospitality technology systems (Resy, OpenTable, SevenRooms, POS platforms). Working knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and fine dining service standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of Las Vegas' dynamic hospitality scene. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
