Key Responsibilities

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Record customer interactions and maintain detailed logs of inquiries and resolutions. Collaborate with other departments to relay customer feedback and improve products and services. Assist in conducting customer satisfaction surveys to gauge service quality and areas for improvement. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly desirable. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
