Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in assisting with various rental properties, remodels, and preventative maintenance tasks. Your expertise in residential maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, AC, furnace, boiler systems, and carpentry will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
Perform residential maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry.
Conduct troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on systems such as outlets, light bulbs, fixtures, toilets, sinks, hot water heaters, AC units, furnaces, and boilers.
Install and repair blinds, and perform drywall and painting tasks.
Perform facility and boiler maintenance as required.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience in building or general maintenance.
Proficiency in low voltage electrical work, plumbing, basic carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Preferred experience in industrial maintenance.
Ability to perform mechanical repairs and handle hydraulics and wiring tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr.
