Mid-Level Associate Attorney
to join its high-performing
Consumer Class Action & Privacy Litigation Practice Group
in
Los Angeles . This is an exciting opportunity to support a high volume of complex litigation cases, including class actions and privacy disputes, in a fast-evolving legal landscape.
Candidate Profile JD
from a
top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record . Active Bar Admission in California , in good standing. 3-6 years
of substantive experience in
class action litigation
and/or
mass arbitration
in
state and federal courts . Consumer class action
experience
preferred . Privacy litigation
experience is
extremely advantageous . Clerkship experience is a plus. Strong legal
research ,
brief writing , and
motion practice
capabilities. Demonstrated success in managing
discovery , including in
class or mass proceedings . Ability to work closely with peer attorneys, partners, and clients, with an eagerness to take on meaningful responsibility. Soft Skills : Proactive, organized, solutions-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Key Responsibilities
Defend
consumer class action and privacy matters
in
federal and state
courts, as well as
arbitration . Lead and support discovery
processes, particularly in large-scale or multidistrict litigation. Draft
motions ,
briefs , and legal
memoranda
with clarity, precision, and strategic insight. Collaborate with clients and senior attorneys to
develop litigation strategies
aligned with evolving privacy and class action frameworks. Navigate
multiple ongoing cases
and
shifting legal priorities

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary:
Annual salary range of
$225,000 - $290,000 , as determined by experience and market factors. Bonus Eligibility:
