Location:
Hybrid - Denver, CO
Travel:
30-40% to customer sites Key Responsibilities: Deploy and configure software in high-stakes customer environments. Troubleshoot across APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, and frontend systems. Build strong technical relationships by embedding with customer operations teams. Rapidly prototype solutions using live data and direct user feedback. Translate field insights into product roadmap enhancements and integrations. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to scale successful prototypes. Develop playbooks and maintain clear documentation for repeatable deployments Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance
required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Aerospace, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in customer-facing or mission-critical roles Strong proficiency in
Python ; experience with
TypeScript
or
Java
is a plus Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Amp, ChatGPT) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), databases, Docker, Kubernetes Relevant certifications (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.) are a plus Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; curious and adaptable Compensation & Benefits: Salary:
$150,000 - $175,000 (based on experience) Benefits:
