About The Role
We're looking for a
Data Analyst
who's excited to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across the company. You'll work closely with Product, Growth, and Operations to design dashboards, analyze user behavior, and identify trends that help us understand our customers and scale efficiently.
You'll have a direct impact on how we shape product strategy, optimize acquisition and retention, and measure business performance as we continue to grow rapidly.
What You'll Do Analyze product, marketing, and financial data to identify patterns and actionable insights. Build dashboards and automated reports in tools like Looker, Metabase, or Tableau. Partner with Product and Growth teams to design experiments and evaluate outcomes. Define and track key metrics across funnels, cohorts, and customer segments. Collaborate with Engineering to ensure reliable data infrastructure and clean pipelines. Translate insights into clear recommendations for leadership and stakeholders. What We're Looking For
2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably in fintech or consumer tech. Strong SQL skills and experience with BI / visualization tools. Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for data manipulation a plus. Strong business intuition - ability to connect data findings to real product and growth outcomes.
