Quality Assurance & Compliance Director
will lead our Quality Assessment, Performance Improvement (QAPI), and Compliance programs, ensuring continuous readiness and alignment with
Joint Commission, DMH, BSAS, and CMS
standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee QAPI and Compliance programs across the organization. Ensure continuous regulatory readiness and coordinate survey preparation. Lead quality, safety, and compliance committees and initiatives. Collect and analyze data on patient safety, quality outcomes, and performance indicators. Provide education and guidance to staff and leadership on regulatory standards. Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and risk management activities. Qualifications:
Licensed
RN, LPN, or LICSW
in Massachusetts required. Bachelor's degree
in Nursing, Social Work, or Healthcare Administration (Master's preferred). 3+ years
of quality management, regulatory compliance, or performance improvement experience (behavioral health preferred). Strong knowledge of
TJC, DMH, BSAS, and CMS
