We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, in-depth knowledge of
Revit , and a proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities: Oversee multiple projects, from
pre-design through construction administration . Collaborate with project teams, including
architects, designers, engineers, and consultants , ensuring high-quality design outcomes. Develop and maintain project
scopes, schedules, and budgets , ensuring all are adhered to throughout the project. Serve as the primary point of contact for
clients and consultants , managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships. Review project deliverables for compliance with
codes, standards, and regulations . Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders. Mentor junior staff and support their professional development. Monitor project performance metrics, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Ensure integration of
sustainable design principles
throughout the project. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
or a related field. Licensed architect preferred. Minimum of
5-7 years
of experience in architectural project management. Proficient in
Revit , familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard software. Strong
leadership
and communication skills. Proven ability to manage
budgets, schedules, and resources
effectively. Experience in
sustainable design
