Sole Hire is seeking dynamic Admissions Advisors for our confidential client in the higher education industry, looking to fill three vital roles. This includes two senior-level positions requiring at least 4 years of experience and one entry-level position with a requirement of 1 year of experience. Key Responsibilities:
Enrollment Goals:
Drive enrollment by converting qualified prospects into enrolled students, meeting or exceeding prescribed conversion rates and start goals. Prospect Engagement:
Manage a high volume of outbound calls and appointments, conducting thorough admissions interviews and follow-ups with potential students. Sales and Outreach:
Generate referrals and maintain a proactive approach to developing new student leads, adhering strictly to industry guidelines and institutional policies. Professional Development:
Participate in orientations and admissions meetings, maintaining a professional appearance and workspace in line with organizational standards. Administrative Duties:
Utilize computer skills to manage databases and communicate effectively. Ensure all actions comply with accrediting agency and U.S. Department of Education guidelines
Requirements
Education:
An Associate's degree or equivalent college-level coursework is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience:
Senior-level roles require a minimum of 4 years in business, customer service, education, or sales, while the
entry-level position requires at least 1 year. Skills:
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and internet use is required. Characteristics:
Responsible, ethical, punctual, and a team player. Work Schedule:
Flexibility to work varied shifts is essential, including 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, 9:00 AM-7:00 PM and 9:00 AM-1:00 PM for Saturday Rotation. Benefits
Compensation:
This is a non-exempt, hourly position with wages determined by experience within the admissions department.
