ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance Account Representative for Ximena Rosas- State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer interaction, acting as a liaison between customer needs and their insurance products. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing products and services relevant to their needs. You will also provide the needed support of existing customers as they make changes, updates, and enhancements to their insurance portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and optimistic professional attitude. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Decisive and results oriented. Experience in client-services or sales preferred. Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish). Must have Property & Casualty insurance license in the State of CA in good standing. Compensación: $42,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, y Renters Insurance. Our office is located in 1295 E Vista Way, Vista CA 92084. Our office is open 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Recruiter. We have 25 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Additional languages spoken: Spanish
