Job Description
Plan, execute, and oversee ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) construction projects. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals and expectations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain quality standards. Prepare and present project progress reports to management and clients. Resolve project issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution. Foster a collaborative work environment with all team members and stakeholders. A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:
Strong project management skills with experience in ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) projects. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to oversee budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
