Description
The Concrete Laborer will ensure the quality of our work while guaranteeing projects run smoothly. The position works directly with heavy machinery and detailed safety regulations to maintain the completion of projects that require the pouring, molding and manipulation of concrete.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES General Concrete labor with knowledge of heavy concrete repair, rough carpentry, masonry, caulking and waterproofing. Position, join, align, and seal structural components, such as concrete wall sections and pipes. Demolition of concrete structures, removal of materials and disposal. Set up forms and molds for pouring concrete, ensuring they are properly aligned and leveled. Mix, pour, and spread concrete, using tools such as shovels, trowels, rakes, and floats. Operate power tools and machinery, such as concrete mixers, vibrators, and pumps, to facilitate the construction process. Perform a variety of duties in a timely manner, meeting the job requirements. Follow all OSHA, EPA and ODH policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and potential hazards from the work area. Follow all company and site-specific safety and health program policies. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High School Diplomaor equivalent 1 to 2 years of experience working with concrete as an apprentice or independently OSHA 10 Equipment training as it relates to concrete molding, manipulation and pouring Completion of the FAST Safety Training - Level 2 within 90 days of hire Understanding of safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment Ability to travel, commute/relocate: Must be able to travel locally within a reasonable distance from the main office and with reasonable notice from management.
