️ Warehouse Worker – Shipping & Receiving
Location: Midland, TX
Job Overview
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our shipping and receiving department. This role plays a key part in our production team, assembling satellite sub-assembly parts and handling materials with precision and care.
Responsibilities
Assemble parts as part of a production team
Sort and place materials/items on tables, racks, or bins
Manually assemble satellite sub-assembly components
Use hand tools, measuring devices, and test equipment
Clean assembled parts and package them securely
Pack, seal, and transport boxes
Pick up, move, and sort small parts
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Skills
2 years of experience in packing, inventory, picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving
General labor and warehouse operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing
Strong aptitude for working with small electronics and soldering components
Experience in the space or aeronautical field is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
