Customer Service Representative

Louisville, KY Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM About the Role
We're looking for a
Customer Service Representative
who thrives on helping others and solving problems. In this role, you'll manage all aspects of customer service-from answering inquiries via phone and email to processing orders and providing follow-up support. You'll also use your research skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email.
Process orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up.
Investigate and resolve customer concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
What We're Looking For No degree required -your experience and skills matter most!
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous
customer service experience
highly preferred.
Background in
retail or healthcare
is a plus.
Ability to handle requests of varying complexity with confidence and care.

Pay Details:
$18.00 to $19.87 per hour
