Job Description

* Serve as the primary point of contact for all construction-related administrative duties. * Manage and maintain project documentation using Procore, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Schedule, organize, and keep minutes for construction meetings. * Produce and distribute construction progress reports. * Manage schedules for management personnel, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks. * Process AIA G702 and G703 pay applications, aligning with project timelines and requirements. * Maintain construction budgets in coordination with Finance and Accounting departments. * Familiarity with construction drawings to assist with document control and stakeholder communication. * Facilitate vendor management and coordination, including procurement, contract management, and invoice processing. * Coordinate and schedule in-house events and meetings, managing all logistical details.

The Successful Applicant

* Expertise in Procore administration, construction management software, and Process AIA G702 and G703 pay applications. * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Skilled in vendor management and coordination. * Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality of work in all tasks. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Capable of working both independently and as part of a team. * Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings is preferred.* Bachelor's degree, or comparable experience, in construction management, business administration, or related field is preferred.* 3-5 years of administrative experience in the construction industry.

What's on Offer

* $70,000 - 85,000 base salary (DOE) * Health benefits, 401K, and an annual bonus
