Scheduled: Monday-Friday 4:30PM - until end of production (Schedule will be discussed during NHO.)

Wage: $21.67 p/h

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for completing cycle counts, random audits and reconciliations

Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner

Research and reconcile product discrepancies/variances of over/under amounts and damaged product

Conduct searches in order to locate misclassified inventory

Escalates issues timely and directly to supervisor

Completes all other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Have the ability to operate the following pieces of equipment

Reach Truck Operator

Double Pallet Jack

Cherry Picker

Physical Demands

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and arms to reach

Regularly lift and/or move 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds

Qualifications:

2 years of general office experience required

1 year of customer service experience required

No prior general warehouse experience required, but strongly preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required

Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required

Flexible to work overtime preferred

Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required

AS400 experience preferred

Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.

The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.
