We bring decades of software experience and a shared passion for solving real problems in real industries. We're collaborative, creative, and deeply committed to building tools that make a difference and fostering a culture where everyone can thrive
Now, with exciting momentum and a recent acquisition, INNERGY is entering a high-growth phase. We're scaling quickly and thoughtfully- bringing in top talent and new ideas to help us reach the next level. It's an incredible time to join a team where your contributions will have real impact, your voice will be heard, and your work will help shape the future of a fast-evolving company and industry. Position Summary
As the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in defining how INNERGY's solutions are positioned, packaged, and communicated to the market. You'll be the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring that our go-to-market strategies clearly articulate customer value, drive adoption, and differentiate INNERGY in the woodworking, cabinetry, and manufacturing software industries.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role reporting to the CMO and working closely with Product leadership. You'll own the messaging, positioning, and enablement strategies that fuel revenue growth and customer success.
It's important to note that INNERGY is still very entrepreneurial - meaning we all wear different hats at different times. We are a group of generalists who can serve many different needs as we evolve.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Product. Define and communicate product positioning and messaging that clearly articulate INNERGY's value propositions and differentiation in the market. Partner with Product Management to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, benefit-driven messaging for target audiences. Lead sales enablement efforts, create collateral, playbooks, and tools that help Sales and Customer Success teams communicate product value effectively. Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and customer research to inform messaging, pricing, and packaging strategies. Collaborate with Demand Generation to develop integrated campaigns that support pipeline goals and product adoption. Partner with Customer Success and Education teams to gather and share success stories, case studies, and product proof points. Track and report on market adoption metrics, campaign performance, and feedback loops between Product, Sales, and Marketing. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, preferably within SaaS or manufacturing technology sectors. Proven ability to develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling value propositions. Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Experience leading go-to-market launches, including messaging, enablement, and campaign planning. Analytical mindset, able to interpret data, market insights, and customer feedback to guide strategy. Expertise in market research, segmentation, and competitive analysis. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and content management platforms. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a distributed, remote team structure Why you'll love it here
At INNERGY, our mission is to create raving fans, and that starts with our people. We're a team that leads with empathy, adapts with agility, and shows up for one another. Our inclusive culture is rooted in trust and driven by impact, curiosity, and a shared commitment to doing great work together. Everyone here rolls up their sleeves, leans into challenges, and brings their unique perspective to the table. We listen, learn, and grow together. If you're energized by impact, fueled by purpose, and excited to build with people who truly care, you'll love it here!
