Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a
Senior Paralegal
with deep experience in transactional matters, particularly in
structured finance . This role requires advanced knowledge of the full transactional lifecycle and the ability to work with minimal attorney supervision on complex, high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate, organize, and prepare complex transaction documents for structured finance matters Manage key aspects of the deal lifecycle, including checklists, timelines, and communications Organize, review, and maintain diligence materials; prepare and track signature pages; compile closing binders Review and file UCC financing statements; order and analyze UCC lien searches and corporate documents Liaise with attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal departments to streamline processes and ensure accuracy Maintain and manage relevant databases and filing systems Partner with internal resources and external vendors to meet project needs Work overtime or travel as required to meet deadlines Technical Proficiencies:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Document management systems (iManage) Transactional software tools (SimplyAgree, Litera) Online research platforms (LexisNexis, Westlaw) Timekeeping and expense reporting systems Strong understanding of legal billing processes Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of paralegal and transactional experience (required) Bachelors degree (preferred) ABA-approved paralegal certificate (preferred)
