Our office is open Monday-Friday (8 AM–5 PM), with the potential for overtime. Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 pm as needed. Bilingual Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities • Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants to ensure the perfect placement. • Support employees with precision and efficiency. • Provide counseling and foster strong relationships. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask between projects. • Embrace challenges and constructive feedback to grow and excel Bilingual Recruiter Qualifications and Requirements • Previous recruiting experience highly preferred . • Bilingual in English and Spanish. • Excellent computer skills, data entry, and a dvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must. • Build trust and rapport with clients and candidates alike. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Think creatively and outside the box. • A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are essential. • A positive attitude is the real key to success!
