Job Title: Quality Control Technician:
As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our production processes. You will conduct in-process quality testing, verify label accuracy in compliance with FDA regulations, and submit samples to the QC Chemistry and QC Microbiology labs for hourly testing. Additionally, you will handle paperwork, submit reports, and review batch records in a GMP and GDP compliant, FDA-regulated facility.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-process quality testing to ensure product standards.
Verify accuracy of labels according to FDA regulations.
Test for fill weight, lot codes, expiration dates, leakers, label placement, foreign material, and shipping labels.
Submit samples to QC Chemistry and QC Microbiology labs for testing hourly.
Complete paperwork and submit reports, including weight averages and batch record reviews.
Monitor and address QC issues, including non-conforming products, with the authority to stop production if necessary.
Assist in root cause analysis and investigations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific Discipline
Previous QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
Ability to work well within a large Quality Control team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
