Responsibilities

Deputy Program Manager & Supervisory Duties Include:

Hiring Manager

· Responsible for drafting the personnel requisition request form to V2X Recruiting Team.

· Outline required duties and qualification requirements (i.e. minimum years of experience, certification, and specific skills) in the position.

· Conduct candidate interviews, write/submit contingent offer of employment.

· Coordinate new hire actions with V2X Security and the customer for access approval.

· Coordinate onboarding timeline with V2X HR.

Time Sheet Management Responsibilities

· Review, Approve/Reject, Control team-member timesheet.

· Manage PTO balances to ensure personnel have a positive balance.

· Monthly Reports

Technical Responsibilities include:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for technical, contractual, and programmatic issues for both the CSS team and the government.

· On a daily basis, assess contractual requirements and requests from the government, assign approved tasking and ensure quality and timeliness of delivery.

· Be the primary focal point for guidance and direction throughout the program life cycle from pre-case development, delivery, sustainment and through eventual case closure; monitor program schedule, milestones, funding and documentation, assist the Integrated Program Team Lead (IPTL) with developing, reviewing and processing Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), LOA amendments for scope ensure all elements to include production, and mission goals

· Provide direct support to PMA 265 IPTL in the assessment of program requirements and ensuring that all engineering, logistic (to include all 13 logistic elements), contractual, ITAR/export and financial criteria are considered and included. Recommended plans of action and milestone.

· Minimum Qualifications

· Education:

· MS or MA degree in a Business, Management, or "Relevant Technical Discipline"

· Allowable Substitution: BS or BA degree or an additional three (3) years of experience can be substituted for an MS or MA degree. An additional five (5) years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

· Experience:

· At least ten (10) years' experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, and a minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to material management.

· Other Requirements:

· This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance

· Desired Qualifications:

· Experience:

· Have a working knowledge of the material management process within NAVAIR and its application to FMS Requirements

· System of System analysis including analysis of alternatives and recommendations for technology investment to drive system performance

· Planning and guiding systems engineering studies, analysis efforts, and risk working groups

· Experience supporting programs within the DoD material management community is required

· Skills & Technology Used:

· Possesses both analytical and interpersonal skills.

· Good problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills/techniques.

· Business Partner/Effective Communicator:

· English language skills to communicate and negotiate with vendors.

· Strong communicators must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and orally.

· Ability to train, lead projects, and direct employees.

· Customer service oriented, detail-focused, pro-active behavior, multi-task capability.
