Works with the Executive Director of Sales Training Works with Body Contouring Aesthetics Marketing Leadership and Sales Leadership teams to recommend and direct strategic and tactical sales training Works closely with Portfolio marketing, AMI and sales management teams to ensure clear, concise, focused activity plans are produced, disseminated, and understood by the field representatives. In collaboration with sales, marketing, AMI and sales training, identifies national and key regional sales meeting goals and objectives, creates themes, develops agendas and timelines, including speaker designation, time allocation, subject, and format. Responsible for coordinating, facilitating, creating New Hire Sales Training courses. Effectively creates approved materials/contents, to review as New Hire Sales Training courses in collaboration with the marketing teams, leveraging the most up-to-date approved marketing materials Assists in onboarding process with Body Contouring Aesthetics new hire sales representatives. Coordinates and Facilitates Body Contouring Aesthetics virtual/remote learning courses (Teams/Zoom) as needed throughout the year. Collaborates with Sales Training & Marketing teams to create, facilitate and execute approved workshops, content, workbooks, etc. relates to Body Contouring Aesthetics brands at Managers Meetings, Nationals Sales Meetings, Area Meetings, etc. Main Areas of Responsibilities

Financial Objective:

Work with Executive Director of Sales Training, to manage financial objectives and annual budget related to sales training & development activities.

Sales Training and Communication Activities

Works with sales training, Sales Leaders/Managers, AMI team and marketing product managers to recommend and direct strategic and tactical sales, marketing and product training and communications for the Body Contouring Aesthetics field organization. Develops, writes, and produces various communications tools and product communications that enable field sales personnel to effectively implement the marketing and sales strategies. Develops and nourishes relationships with field sales to provide sales training and marketing managers with a clear understanding of field needs to support product positioning, to address competitive promotional efforts, and to assess the success of the various communication tools. Ensures all training and activity plans are aligned with legal, medical, and regulatory requirements and Veeva approved. Facilitates Body Contouring Aesthetics Sales Training programs to best meet the needs of the entire Aesthetics organization. Works with marketing, legal/regulatory, Sales Leadership, Region Managers, and other departments, as needed, to create and produce specific training materials. Works with sales training department to support, develop and execute training programs. Continuously assesses training and development needs of the field force and coordinates training resources, personnel, and contract services to ensure the long-term development of the Body Contouring Aesthetics team. Develop, implement, and continually refine new hire onboarding processes for Body Contouring Aesthetics including updating training content, module creation, new hire onboarding playbook, new hire training calendar and ensure the most up-to-date versions are available on Mobile Locker. Performance coaching and development of course instructors and attendees using verbal coaching and written feedback. Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps. Manage logistics for training activities including venues and equipment. In partnership with sales leadership and marketing and AMI teams create and deliver workshops at Managers Meetings, National Sales Meetings, Meetings, etc.

Key Meeting Design & Execution

Primary interface with Allergan meeting planning team to ensure team understands meeting flow, objectives, budgets and requirements for training classes.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 3 years field sales experience in the Medical Aesthetic industry with skincare and device experience strongly preferred.

2 - 3 years project management experience, healthcare preferred, not required

2 - 3 years sales training experience preferred

Clinical acumen and marketing experience preferred, not required.

Knowledge of Medical Aesthetic and or Pharmaceutical industry

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. ?

Salary: $106,500 - $202,500
