A dynamic veterinary network is seeking an experienced
Regional Operations Partner
to provide hands‑on clinical leadership and operational guidance across several hospitals in the
Naples, Florida
area. This unique role blends medical excellence with people leadership, offering the opportunity to shape standards of care, mentor veterinary teams, and drive operational success while maintaining an active clinical presence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality medical and surgical care while maintaining active clinical involvement
Mentor veterinarians through case consultations, performance feedback, and skill development
Partner with hospital leadership to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction
Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new doctors
Oversee compliance, medical protocols, and patient care standards across assigned hospitals
Collaborate on hospital performance, workflow management, and strategic planning initiatives
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited institution
Active or obtainable license to practice in Florida
Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
Ability to balance clinical duties with administrative and leadership responsibilities
Willingness to travel regionally to support hospital teams
